Prohibited items
Recalled products; unsafe or counterfeit goods; medicines and prescription items; weapons; tobacco, vapes, alcohol; second-hand mattresses or car seats where safety history is unknown; expired food, formula or supplements; items that infringe third-party IP; anything illegal to sell in the UK.
Prohibited behaviour
Harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, sexual content, spam, off-platform solicitation, scraping or bulk data extraction, attempts to bypass security, sharing accounts, manipulating reviews, ratings or referral rewards.
Reporting
Use the in-product 'Report' button on a listing, message or member to flag a breach. Confirmed breaches lead to removal, account suspension or permanent ban and may be reported to Trading Standards, the police or other authorities.
