Community & Safety Policy
Keeping our community of parents, carers and children safe.

Meet-ups & handovers
For local collections and free-gifting handovers, meet in a public place where possible, take someone with you, share your live location with a trusted contact, and ALWAYS use the in-app 6-digit handover code to confirm exchange. The Buyer reads the code out only after inspecting the item; the Seller enters it in the app to release payment. Never hand over goods or money outside the platform, and never accept or pay cash — without the code there is no Buyer Protection, no escrow release and no route to a refund.
Photos of children
Do not upload photos that identify a child by face, full name, school, home address or any other personal identifier. Listings should focus on the product, not the child.
Reporting abuse
Use the Report button on any listing, message or member. Urgent safety issues should also be reported to the police on 999 (or 101 for non-emergencies).
Moderation
Our moderation team reviews reports 7 days a week. We may remove content, suspend accounts or permanently ban members for breaches. Repeat or serious offenders are reported to the relevant authorities.
