Returns & Refunds Policy
Your statutory rights and how to start a return.
Last updated: 3 June 2026
14-day cancellation right
Consumer Buyers may cancel most orders within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Excluded items: sealed personal-hygiene goods (e.g. opened bottles, dummies, breast pumps), personalised items, perishables, and digital content once download begins.
Faulty or misdescribed goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods for a full refund, and up to 6 years (5 in Scotland) for repair, replacement or partial refund depending on circumstances.
How to return
Open the return from your order page. The Seller will provide return instructions. Refunds are issued within 14 days of the Seller receiving the item or the Buyer providing proof of postage, whichever is earlier.
Who pays return postage
Faulty, misdescribed or damaged on arrival: Seller. Change of mind: Buyer, unless the Seller's policy says otherwise.
