Our rights

The The Mum Hub name, logo, website design, code, copy, illustrations, photography commissioned by The Mum Hub, database structure and the overall 'look and feel' are protected by copyright, database right (Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and the UK Database Regulations 1997), and registered and unregistered trade marks. No part of the site may be copied, scraped, framed, mirrored, republished or used to train machine-learning models without our prior written consent.

User content

You retain ownership of content you upload (listing photos, reviews, messages). By uploading, you grant The Mum Hub a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, sub-licensable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving the platform. You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content and that it does not infringe anyone's IP, privacy or publicity rights.

Stock and third-party imagery

Some illustrative imagery on The Mum Hub is licensed from stock providers or AI-generated for editorial use within the platform only. These images may not be downloaded or re-used elsewhere.

Reporting infringement (notice & takedown)

If you believe content on The Mum Hub infringes your copyright or trade mark, send a notice to legal@babyhub.co.uk with: (1) your contact details, (2) identification of the work, (3) the URL of the infringing content, (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised, (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorised to act, and (6) your signature. We aim to action valid notices within 5 working days.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with the same details and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
