Payment Terms
Card processing, escrow, payouts, chargebacks and refunds.

Payment processor
Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments UK, Ltd. By placing an order you also agree to the Stripe terms (stripe.com/legal). The Mum Hub never sees or stores full card numbers.
Authorisation & capture
On checkout we authorise the full order amount. Funds are captured on dispatch or on Buyer confirmation of collection. Authorisations not captured within 7 days are released.
Currency & taxes
All transactions are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. VAT receipts are available on the order page.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds typically clear within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
Chargebacks & fraud
We cooperate with card schemes, banks and Stripe to investigate disputed transactions. Suspected fraudulent accounts may be frozen pending review.
Strong Customer Authentication (PSD2)
Some payments require additional verification (3-D Secure). If verification fails the order will not be completed.
